Manyan Abubuwan Da Mai Azumi Zai Kiyaye Dan Kare Lafiyar Sa

Ramadan ya fara ne a ranar Laraba, 22 ga watan Maris 2023 kuma yana ƙarewa ranar Juma’a, 21ga watan Afrilu 2023 

Yana da muhimman ci mudun ga sanin abubuwan da zamu ci dan kare lafiyar mu. 

Rashin ci da sha wato kamewa shine babban abinda azumi ya kunsa  hakazalika kuma ga rashin bacci wanda yakan haifar da gajiya da ciwon kai. 

Kutabbatar kunyi sahur wato abincin da ake ci kafin fitowar alfijir domin yanada amfani ga jikin me Azumi. 

Alokacin yin Sahur, yakamata a guji abinci irin su pickles, gyada mai gishiri, da zaitun. A guji abincin gwangwani, abinci mai yaji da kayan zaki masu nauyi saboda suna ƙara ƙishirwa.

Adinga cin abinci mai gina jiki da sauƙin narkewa tare da shan isasshen ruwa don guje wa jin ƙishirwa da rana. 

Yana da kyau adinga amfani da irin su burodi, kwai, Nama, kayan lambu, ‘ya’yan itacuwa, Nono, Madara alokacin Suhoor. 

Kada ku wuce gona da iri a cikin Iftar, Iftar shine abincin da ake ci bayan faduwar rana
